Originally from the Gorge, I have been an avid skimboarder for over 20 years. I have spent over a decade of that riding shorebreaks near Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, CA.  Upon return to the northwest, I once again set out exploring for skim spots. Traveling and skimming some truly epic waves has  made me appreciate our Coastlines. I have been building boards of all kinds for almost that long and just recently decided to begin selling them under the name daleskimboards.
