I built a skim winch with 400' of line that can pull me roughly over 20+mph. Been using it for a few years to get pulled into some good waves and siders. 

I would like to gauge if there is any interest within the wave shredding community to rent this and an operator for a determined amount of time. Send me your thoughts and what you would reasonably pay for this enjoyment whether at the river, lake or ocean. It would be between Hood River OR and the coast where the rental would take place.
